Customer feedback is pivotal to our work here at Kersia UK. It helps us ensure that what we are doing for our customers is correct and helps us shape our business offering going forward. From NPD to service levels to hygiene routines to our own staff training, it allows us to shape our business, with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
