Recent European legislation has introduced new regulations relating to any chemical claiming biocidal properties / activities, for example disinfectants such as Holquat.

"In Safe Hands" - Hand Hygiene Management System.

Good hand hygiene is widely accepted as a pre-requisite to the safe processing of food and the hands have long been known to be a major vehicle in the transmission of pathogenic micro-organisms.
