system8 is a PC based, fully integrated electronic hygiene management system giving control over the generation of cleaning methods, planning, sign-off and reporting to the user thereby assisting in the management of an effective hygiene regime.

The database allows the user to: -

  1. Create, add or amend cleaning instruction cards.
  2. Plan non-daily tasks on a yearly planner.
  3. Create daily task / control sheets automatically and allow sign-off of cleaning and inspection activities back to the database.
  4. Create a training matrix of both standard training programmes and Cleaning Instruction Cards against all operatives.
  5. Manage chemical stock through a stock control module.
  6. View all standard information including data and safety data sheets.
  7. Record messages and actions taken between users.
  8. Selectively report on all information stored in the database.

INFORMATION CONTROL AND ACCESS

The structure of the database and the process of recording information provides a method that is easily interrogated and reported in contrast to traditional paper-based systems. system8 provides a degree of control to a Hygiene Manager that was not previously enjoyed.

CLEANING INSTRUCTION CARDS.

Access to cleaning methodology is rapid and easily amended - reducing the time taken for generating new, or editing existing, Cleaning Instruction Cards.

CLEANING RECORDS

Any clean (by individual CIC) recorded in the database can later be retrieved to report on, namely:

  1. When it was planned to be cleaned.
  2. When it was cleaned.
  3. Who cleaned it and any comments
    about the clean.
  4. When and who inspected the clean
    and any comments about the result.

These records can be used to support a defence of all due diligence, should the need arise.

TRAINING RECORDS

    Against each person a training record is held for:

                    1. Training course & date attended, and suggested retrain date.
                    2. Cleaning Instruction Card training and date, and suggested retraining date.

 

 

MESSAGING

All messages with actions taken, if appropriate, are recorded and can be reviewed.
