As school half term is nearly upon us lots of hospitality businesses are gearing up for increased footfall.  It’s important that hygiene standards are adhered to and comprehensive cleaning regimes are implemented to ensure every customer receives the 5-star treatment. 


Front and back of house including kitchens, toilets, floors, kitchen equipment, tables and chairs as well as warewashing all need to be included in rigorous hygiene plans.  Staff should be fully trained in the cleaning and hygiene systems that are in place and, if new staff are being employed, they should also be comprehensively trained in all the various cleaning tasks that have to be carried out and the right products to be used.
