Holchem’s Award Winning Training Courses Now Available To Book

A range of Holchem’s training courses for April and May including Level 2 HACCP, Level 4 Food Processing Hygiene Management and Level 2 Hygiene Awareness for Engineers are now available to book.

All courses are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams by the Holchem teams and, as always, the focus is to provide courses that benefit primarily the roles of hygiene, technical and production teams directly involved in the management of hygiene on their sites.

The courses are classed as Level 2, 3 and 4 reflecting broadly equivalency to the City and Guilds structure. The training where appropriate is HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance) accredited.

The courses still available to book are as follows:

  • 20th April Level 2 HACCP
  • 22nd April Level 2 Listeria Awareness
  • 27th, 28th, 29th April and 18th & 19th May Level 4 Food Processing Hygiene Management
  • 27th April Level 4 Validation of Cleaning
  • 29th April Level 3 Cleaning in Place (CIP)
  • 11th May Level 2 Food Safety
  • 20th May Level 2 Hygiene Awareness for Engineers
