Holchem’s Technical Director, John Holah, recently took part in a round table discussion at the European meeting of the International Association for Food Protection in Nantes France. John discussed his continuing work on developing environmental monitoring systems for food pathogens for Holchem customers.
He was joined by colleagues from Campden BRI, Intralox, Cargil and Danone and the discussion was part of a two-day symposium that helps shape the future of food safety by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas with colleagues from across Europe working in industry, government and academia.
Commenting on the symposium John Holah said: Holchem’s contribution to the International Association for Food Protection in an important part of our work and the two-day event allowed for insights and knowledge to be shared amongst all the attendees. I’ll certainly be using the information I gathered and putting it into practice for the work we carry out for our customers.
