Dr John Holah, Principal Corporate Scientist: Food Safety & Public Health, Kersia will be taking part in the forthcoming European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group Online Congress 22nd-24th September.
John will be presenting a paper on Hygienic Design in Food Safety Management Systems and tickets for the event are still available and are free of charge.
The EHEDG Online Congress 2021 includes five keynote speeches on important topics including food safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability, and give insights into future consumer trends and behaviours. There’s a whole host of speakers involved from the world of hygiene and audiences will be able to listen to a range of talks from Futurise philosophy – looking into the future towards 2030 to Food Safety.
There are also round table sessions with plenty of networking opportunities to interact with industry leaders. It’s a platform for professionals to come together and discuss innovative solutions within the hygienic design world.
