Kersia’s Principal Corporate Scientist: Food Safety & Public Health, Dr John Holah is taking part in a forthcoming webinar on 'Microbes and Biofilms in the Food Industry'.
The webinar is live on 4th February from 10.00am-4.00pm and John will be presenting on the subject 'Control of Listeria and Salmonella ‘biofilms’ in the Food Chain'.
He will be joined by seven UK and International speakers from academia and industry who will all be taking part in the session. It is being hosted by the National Biofilms Innovation Centre and the Society for Applied Microbiology.
The day will be of particular interest to those working in the food processing and chilled food sectors.
