Holchem Laboratories, the leaders in hygiene technology, are pleased to continue to offer a suite of award winning hygeine training courses specifically designed to meet the needs of the food processing industry. These courses have been designed by industry experts to meet the learning objectives of hygiene, technical and production management as well as those personnel engaged in the direct execution of hygiene functions, hygiene assessment and evaluation.
Since 2006 Holchem has been proud to offer the UK’s only nationally accredited hygiene management qualification (a course adopted in 2007 by Campden BRI) which attracts an educative level comparable to NVQ Level 3; this has since been joined by the highly popular Level 2 Hygiene Supervisors course designed for first-tier management which regularly attracts 20 + delegates.
To date over 200 delegates have successfully completed the Level 2 and over 180 have undertaken the level 3 Food processing Hygiene Management course across the UK and Ireland making these courses the benchmark for demonstrating the competency of hygiene managers and supervisors.
More recently, Holchem has also gained national recognition for our suite of e-learning courses in Allergen Awareness alongside Chemical Safety & Hygiene training with over 2,000 delegates from 105 companies undertaking this highly cost and time effective method of training. This method of training assesses not only the factual recall of delegates but also their ability to understand and apply this knowledge. Holchem is now taking e-learning to new levels with the launch of our e-Learning Academy (in partnership with industry experts ToTrain) to facilitate access to courses such as Level 2 Food Safety, HACPP and Root Cause Analysis.
