Holchem, part of Kersia Group, have been working with 2 Sisters Food Group (2SFG) as its sole supplier for hygiene cleaning supplies for over 20 years. During that time our teams have become part of the 2SFG family. Here Fiona Fleming, Group Technical Hygiene Manager, explains in more detail the role that the Holchem team plays and the hygiene solutions it delivers for the company.
“The team at Holchem work hand in hand with the business in proactively maintaining and driving improvement, and efficiencies in hygienic standards. This includes giving us expert advice on chemical usage for our sites in terms of the type and concentration levels and they update the sites on innovations in chemical upgrades. The technicians work closely with the site hygiene teams, they keep in touch with all the site hygiene managers on a regular basis and provide an annual site service plan, that includes reviews, audits and an annual review of performance by site.”

Additional services include methodology reviews, investigation, cost of clean audits in addition to specialist support for example Cleaning in Place systems and offer support to implement the latest tools and technologies to reduce costs, time and maintain safe ways of working.”
