Holchem’s Dairy Processing team works with businesses to ensure structured and simple cleaning systems are put in place, delivering best practice and maintaining an environment that will meet the required standards. One of the areas the team works in is cheese making and throughout this process the hygiene of the equipment is paramount to ensure that the cheese-making process remains in control. The Holchem team will be on hand at the forthcoming International Cheese & Dairy Awards on stand 1028 to talk in more detail about the work we do in helping our customers in the sector ensure they have the highest levels of hygiene on their sites.
From cheese making to ice cream, milk and yoghurt production, our products and teams are involved in dairy processing across the board. From membrane cleaning through to hand washing policies our expertise provides the knowledge, products, equipment and systems to ensure that the plant hygiene meets the standards required.
