The brewing team from Kersia UK attended the recent Brewers Congress event in central London. Taking place over two days, it included an extensive exhibition hall and numerous talks from key figures in the industry. There were 30 speakers from across the brewing industry in the UK, USA, Europe as well as industry suppliers and more than 300 breweries.
The Kersia team was represented by Moyra Williams, Belinda Jennings and Declan Teare. They were delighted to see customers including North Brewing, St Austell, Attic and Stroud Brewing win awards during the awards dinner in the evening. The team also met up with current customers and potential new ones, who all had the opportunity to quiz the experienced Kersia team about issues in the brewery sector including Cleaning in Place and the value of having positive relationships with hygiene suppliers.
