Kersia UK’s Nicola Bellamy Graduates With An MBA

We are delighted to announce that Kersia UK Technical Services Manager Nicola Bellamy has graduated from Hull University’s Executive MBA degree with a Distinction via the apprenticeship route.  The course is designed so that participants become strategic and responsible leaders through the business relevant, internationally recognised Level 7 Senior Leader programme.

Nicola started the course in November 2019 and has been working hard juggling her full-time job here at Kersia UK with attending the course.  The whole of Kersia is so pleased for Nikki and everyone will benefit from the knowledge she has gained as it is brought back into the business on a daily basis.

Commentating on the achievement Kathleen Chisholm, HR Director from Kersia UK said: “The whole of the team here at Kersia are proud of Nikki’s achievements.  Achieving an MBA via the apprenticeship route is a first for our company and we were delighted to be able to support and nurture Nikki during her studies. It’s a great example of the importance we place on the personal development of our teams and opportunities available for everyone especially via an Apprenticeship route. We are looking forward to the knowledge gained being brought back into the business and the benefits that will bring.”

Nicola Bellamy added: “The only way that I managed to achieve my MBA was thanks to the apprenticeship scheme and the commitment, support and recognition from Kersia’s senior management team who invested in my personal learning and development journey thus offering me this amazing opportunity. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge and course content with my colleagues and seeing how it brings added value to our work both internally and with our customers.”
