Training for the busy Hospitality Summer Season

Blog | 15 July 2022

As the school summer holidays are upon us and hospitality businesses are taking on temporary staff it’s important that they are trained in how to implement effective hygiene systems.  Good standards of hygiene procedures and processes are vitally important in the sector and enable an inviting and safe environment for all, ensuring visitors are happy with their experience and want to return.

From loading dishwashers in the correct way to cleaning touchpoints and kitchen surfaces, teams should know the right products to use and how to them apply them properly.

The Optimum Cleaning System brochure details the products to use and methods of cleaning.  It’s easy to understand and can be used by all staff as a training tool and ongoing point of references.  It’s ideal for training temporary and permanent staff and should be kept on the premises for all to use.
