Holchem are committed to offering continued technical support to our customers during the current COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. With training courses and customer visits postponed due to social distancing and travel restrictions, we recognise that the traditional Holchem support offering has had to change temporarily. Holchem are still providing support via your local Technical Sales Consultant, Technical Service Manager, Hygiene Technologist, Service Engineer and our Head Office Team. This support is currently being delivered via video conferencing, email, phone and directing customer enquiries to our website. Where remote working cannot solve a problem agreed, controlled site visits are taking place.
