World Food Safety Day takes place on 7th June and Holchem, part of the Kersia Group, fully support this important day.
Food safety is a shared responsibility - from governments, to farms, to food processing organisations, to companies such as ours providing robust hygiene solutions to our customers. Our teams work with our customers to provide the tools and systems to complement their Food Safety Management Systems with bespoke Hygiene Management Systems
Understandably there has been concern about maintaining food safety, during the COVID-19 pandemic, for those food manufacturing facilities that have remained operational during this time, and ensuring food safety for those food service and hospitality facilities that may soon reopen. As such, we are constantly updating our customer resources to ensure the most up to date and relevant information is available.
